Elijah is a free-spirited young American and hypnosis specialist who travels to the Paris Olympic Games to help prepare athletes. There, he meets a young woman living with depression and hearing loss who likes to disconnect from the world by taking off her hearing aids. Despite their differences, they develop a relationship that will change them both.
