Useful Information

Festival Concept and Format

We are the only hybrid festival in Europe

This means that you can enjoy the festival in two different ways: in person and digitally. We design two specific programmes, one to be experienced on-site in Mallorca, and another designed for Filmin’s online platform. Although we would love to, the in-person activities are not broadcast on the online platform.

We would love to, but unfortunately, we do not have live streaming available on Filmin. These activities are designed to be enjoyed exclusively in person at the Mallorca venues.

Note: In order to access the titles of our online edition, you must have an active subscription to the Filmin platform.

Tickets and Venues

Ticket Prices and Reservations

You’ll be happy to know that almost all of our activities are completely free! The only exceptions are the screenings at CineCiutat and Sala Rivoli, which have a single ticket price of €5.00 (no discounts apply in this case).

You can book all your tickets very easily in the “Programme” section of our website. And if technology isn’t your thing or you prefer us to do it together, we will be happy to help you in person. Stop by Calle de La Misericordia, 2, on Fridays from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and we will help you sort it out in no time.

The festival brings six venues in Palma to life: La Misericordia, Ses Voltes, Es Baluard, CineCiutat, Sala Rivoli, and the Hotel Victoria Gran Melià. If concerts are your thing, remember that they’re held only at the first three venues. Also, La Misericordia and Ses Voltes are outdoor venues.

Let the music keep playing! Once the outdoor screenings are over, the festival party always continues at Club Mutante.

How do I get there?

Getting around between all the venues is very easy. The vast majority of them are very close to one another, so you can easily walk. If you prefer public transport, all venues have nearby bus stops or BiciPalma bike stations just a few metres away.

Accessibility and Inclusion

Accessibility for People with Limited Mobility (PRM)

We want to be very honest about this so you can plan your visit with peace of mind. Practically all our main venues are adapted and accessible: La Misericordia, Ses Voltes, Es Baluard, CineCiutat, Sala Rivoli, and Hotel Victoria Gran Melià have suitable access. The only exception is Club Mutante, which unfortunately is not as wheelchair accessible.

We do not have a specific reserved area within the venues, but we do want to make entry as easy as possible for you. Therefore, we have set up priority access for people with reduced mobility and one companion, which is always applicable before the general doors open.

If you head to the entrance gate a few minutes before the opening time, our team will let you through on a priority basis so you can get settled comfortably. We recommend planning your arrival slightly in advance, as once the doors open to the general public, we won’t be able to guarantee this priority service due to safety and capacity control reasons.

We regret to inform you that, at the moment, we do not have special subtitling (SDH), hearing loop systems, or audio description services at our screenings. This is something we would like to keep improving on in the future.

We do not have screenings specifically adapted for sensory sensitivity. However, if you are looking for a quieter and more predictable environment, we recommend choosing the screenings in the indoor theatres of CineCiutat and Sala Rivoli, which are usually much calmer than the outdoor Open Air experiences.

We do not have prior warnings in our guide regarding striking visual or acoustic effects, nor potentially triggering content.

We also do not have quiet spaces or decompression zones at our busiest venues; this is an area we would like to continue improving in the future.
