Balearic Talent: 9 Films You Must See at This Year’s Atlàntida

The cinema redefining the islands

Filmmaking in the Balearic Islands is experiencing one of its most exciting moments. This year, Balearic Talent brings together nine very different feature films: thrillers, documentaries, intimate portraits, historical memory, gastronomy, identity, and some of the most radical proposals ever made from the archipelago.

They all share one thing: their teams will be present at the screenings to introduce the films and engage with the audience.

Here is your essential guide so you don’t miss a thing.

An award to keep growing Balearic cinema

This year, MN Studios and Mallorca Film School will present the Best Balearic Talent Feature Film Award, reinforcing their commitment to local creators and the future of our cinema.

Balearic Talent is not a “local” section. It is one of the reasons to come to Atlàntida.

See you at the screenings!
