Atlàntida Mallorca Film Fest launches AMFF Generation: Community for the first time, an open call aimed at young people aged 16 to 20 who want to discover what it’s like to experience a film festival from the inside.
One accreditation. A guided tour. Access to industry professionals. And the opportunity to understand how an international festival really works behind the scenes.
How does it work?
AMFF Generation: Community is a limited-capacity open call for young people eager to get closer to cinema and contemporary culture from a hands-on perspective.
Selected participants will receive accreditation for Atlàntida Mallorca Film Fest and take part in an educational tour through all the areas that make it possible::

- Programming
- Communications
- Guests
- Press
- Professional activities
A privileged look at the inner workings of the festival.
In addition, before the event begins, participants will attend briefing sessions led by the Atlàntida team, where they will learn:
- How the festival’s editorial line is shaped
- The ideas behind its creation
- Cómo ha evolucionado a lo largo de sus ediciones
- Cómo conviven sus formatos presencial y online
How to apply?
The call for applications will be open from April 30 to July 15

No previous experience or professional video is required, just clarity and enthusiasm.
What does the accreditation include?
Selected participants will receive an official festival accreditation granting access to the full Atlàntida Mallorca Film Fest experience.
The accreditation includes:
- AMFF welcome pack (T-shirt + bottle + tote bag)
- Invitation to the festival opening
- Acceso al pitch del Atlàntida Mallorca Talent Lab, donde conocerán proyectos del nuevo talento del cine español
- Access to masterclasses with festival guests, featuring figures such as:
- Juan Antonio Bayona
- Rodrigo Sorogoyen
- Stephen Frears
- Liv Ullmann
- Judi Dench
- Access to industry activities, including professional sessions organized with DAMA, sustainability-focused events in the audiovisual sector (European project Green Skills), and other talks addressing key challenges in the film industry in Spain and Europe
- Priority booking for festival activities (subject to capacity)
In addition, participants will receive an AMFF Recommender, a personalized guide with curated activity suggestions to help them make the most of the experience.
